These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Cambodia e-Arrival Card concierge service. By using our service, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Service Description
What We Provide
We provide a private concierge assistance service that helps travelers complete and submit the Cambodia e-Arrival Card application process for a fee (€9 standard / €15 rush).
What We Do NOT Provide
- We are NOT the official Cambodian government e-Arrival Card system
- We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any Cambodian government entity
- We do NOT guarantee government approval of your e-Arrival Card
- We do NOT provide visa services (the e-Arrival Card is NOT a visa)
- We do NOT provide legal advice or immigration consulting
Important Notice
The official government e-Arrival Card service is FREE and available at https://arrival.gov.kh. You are paying for our assistance and expertise, NOT for the e-Arrival Card itself.
2. Your Obligations
When using our service, you agree to:
Provide Accurate Information
All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete. False information may result in rejection by Cambodian immigration.
Ensure Passport Validity
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date in Cambodia. We cannot process applications for expired or soon-to-expire passports.
Respond to Clarifications
If we contact you for clarifications or additional information, you must respond within 24 hours to avoid delays.
Review Submitted Information
Before finalizing your order, carefully review all information for accuracy. Errors may delay processing or result in rejection.
Comply with Cambodian Law
You are responsible for complying with all Cambodian immigration and customs laws. The e-Arrival Card does not guarantee entry into Cambodia.
3. Service Limitations
Service Availability
Our service operates during business hours. Rush service (2-4 hours) is best-effort but not guaranteed.
Processing Time
Standard service: 24-48 hours. Rush service: 2-4 hours. These are estimated timeframes, not guarantees. Processing time begins after payment confirmation.
Government Approval Outside Our Control
We submit your e-Arrival Card to the official government portal on your behalf. The final approval decision is made solely by the Cambodian government. We cannot control or guarantee approval.
Technical Issues
We are not responsible for technical issues with the official government portal (arrival.gov.kh) that may delay or prevent submission.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Service fees cover administrative processing time which begins immediately upon payment. The government submission process cannot be reversed once initiated.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are NOT responsible for rejection of your e-Arrival Card by Cambodian immigration authorities
- We are NOT responsible for any travel disruptions, denied entry, or immigration complications
- We are NOT liable for delays caused by the official government portal or technical issues beyond our control
- We are NOT responsible for errors in information you provided
- Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee you paid (€9 or €15)
We provide assistance in completing the form correctly, but we cannot guarantee government approval or entry into Cambodia.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may NOT:
- Misrepresent yourself or provide false information
- Use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with our website
- Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
- Abuse our support channels or harass our staff
Violation of these terms may result in termination of service without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, design, logos, images) is owned by Cambodia Arrival Services Ltd and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
8. Data Privacy
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which is GDPR-compliant. By using our service, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
In case of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve it by contacting us at legal@cambodia-arrival.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
