Request My Data
GDPR Article 15 - Right of Access
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. You will receive your data in machine-readable format (CSV).
Delete My Data
GDPR Article 17 - Right to Erasure
Request permanent deletion of your personal data from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
Important Information
Response Time
We will respond to your request within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 12. If your request is complex, we may extend this by an additional 2 months and will inform you.
Identity Verification
To protect your data, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing your request. This may include your order reference number or matching personal details.
Email Confirmation
After submitting a request, you will receive an email confirmation. We will contact you at the email address you provided with updates and next steps.
Data Format (Access Requests)
For data access requests, we will provide your data in CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format, which can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.
Deletion Limitations
We may retain certain data if required by law (e.g., tax records must be kept for 2 years). We will inform you if we cannot delete all your data due to legal obligations.
